This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it to a minimum.
Flùr is a pizza and pasta counter at Bonnie & Wild, Level 4, St James Quarter, Edinburgh EH1 3AE. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at info@flurpizzapasta.co.uk.
We use a service called PostHog to understand, in aggregate, how people use this website, so we can improve it. It tells us things like which parts of the page are viewed, which buttons and links are clicked, how far down the page people scroll, roughly where visitors are (country or city), which website or search engine they came from, what type of device and browser they use, and how quickly the page loads.
We have set it up to be as light-touch as possible:
You can switch analytics off at any time using the Opt out of analytics link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered in your browser, so you only need to do it once per device. You can turn analytics back on with the same link.
If you email us, including to apply for a job, we use the information you send (such as your name, contact details and CV) only to reply to you or to consider your application. We keep it only for as long as we need it for that purpose and then delete it. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Our site links to other services, such as Google Maps for directions and Instagram. If you follow those links, those services have their own privacy policies.
You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. Just email info@flurpizzapasta.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
